About me

I’ve been a fitness enthusiast for as long as I can remember. Starting with watching my mom exercise on the couch and following along on my own when I was just 10 years old. Being active has always helped me throughout every season of my life.
After 18 years in the corporate world, endless hours at a desk, back to back meetings, spreadsheets, KPIs, OKRs, and post-mortem analysis, the pregnancy and motherhood brought a whole new perspective. The experience of how differently my body felt after bringing my daughter into the world and how anxious I felt to go back to my normal life was a turning point.
This led me here. I’m now a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), with a focus on functional training and corrective exercise and injury recovery. Over the years, I’ve explored many training approaches and now blend them into effective, enjoyable workouts that are easy to follow and deliver results.
